The Cuisine

   We consider the food to be
progressive american cuisine
with french and southern
influences.
   With whimsical pairings
such as Lobster with Mac &
Cheese and Chocolate &
Popcorn, there is always a little
fun that comes with every dish.
   Dining should be fun and
exciting. So we try not to take
ourselves or our food too
seriously. After all if you are
not having a good time, what is
the point.
